1. Paramonovsk warehouses (Beregovaya street 47-51). Some of them are being restored, some are used for shops and an exhibition of wax figures, and some continue to slowly collapse. The warehouses were built by a Rostov merchant to store grain. With the help of troughs, through which spring water was let in, which does not exceed 9 degrees all year round, a constant low temperature was maintained in the warehouses, favorable for storing grain. These natural springs still flow from the walls of buildings. In winter, the spring does not freeze, and the grass nearby is green all year round. Many locals swim in the warehouses, and they even made an impromptu pool by closing the holes in the wall and cleaning the bottom. The warehouse architecture is very interesting. They are a monument of federal significance, although only local volunteers look after them. Many old red bricks with seals can be found in warehouses. In the daytime, a good place for walks and photo shoots.

2. Abandoned swimming pool "Spartak" (Bogatyanovsky descent 1b), it is the former Dolphinarium. The building has three floors plus a basement. A feature of this pool was water - it was there from the Bogatyanovsky spring, which in the 19th century fed the entire city water supply system. The building itself was built of old large-sized bricks. But it is gradually deteriorating, although now you can still see interesting remains of architecture and unusual columns in the building.

3. House of the architect Grigoryan (Murlychev st., 22/11, 20th line st.). 19th century mansion. Despite the fact that the house is unguarded and vandals are in full swing, the beautiful elements are still preserved. In the house you can find interesting finds from former residents. And also see the unique stucco molding and the remnants of former luxury.

4. River loading point (from Beregovaya 71 down to the Don). Former cargo terminal and support bulls of the loading conveyor of the Paramonov mill. A structure of two towers and a metal lintel between them. There is also an abandoned Flour Mill and a hanging conveyor bridge (a loading terminal of a Flour Mill) nearby.

5. Train cemetery (stop "Rostov Zapadny"). It represents 7 parallel railway tracks with trains standing on them from the 50s to our time. The condition of many cars is still pretty decent, so they often like to arrange photo shoots here. Locomotives, carriages, steam locomotives are waiting for money for their restoration in order to take their place in the railway museum. But instead they rust here and most likely go under the knife.
