About the observation deck

The observation deck is located on the fifty-eighth floor of the Empire Tower, located on the territory of Moscow City. It was opened on March 21, 2014, and from that moment it has been receiving constant attention from both Muscovites and guests of the capital.

The site offers an excellent view of the Moscow State University, the Academy of Sciences, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Ostankino TV tower and the adjacent districts of the city. The view is panoramic, so many beautiful photographs of the capital have already been taken from this tower.

It is not difficult to get to the observation deck, but it can only be done with a guide. The ascent to the top is carried out by an elevator, which travels at a speed of about 7 m / s. During the tour, you will be told about the Moscow City Business Center and will demonstrate the architectural and engineering achievements that were used to build the towers.

How to visit the observation deck

To get to the observation deck, you can either go to the Empire Tower and try to buy a ticket on the spot, or sign up for a tour in advance. The second option is preferable, since there are a lot of visitors, and the capacity of the attraction is limited, and you risk waiting for a very long time, and on some days even not getting upstairs at all.

You can sign up for a visit on the Internet at https://smotricity.ru. On the main page you will see a large button "Submit a request". Click on it, select the time and date of the visit, enter your contact information. You can also sign up by phone: 8 (499) 272-48-46.

The ticket price for children is 300 rubles, for adults - 600 rubles. If you come on a weekend before 2 pm, then the ticket will cost you 400 rubles. Group visits involve discounts, but their size is discussed individually. To do this, it is better to call the above phone number.

The observation deck is open both on weekdays and weekends. On weekdays, excursions start at 18:00 and end at 23:00, on weekends they run from 11:00 to 23:00.
